RETURNS

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Bell Hutley. If, however, for any reason you would like to exchange or return your purchase please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing to info@bellhutley.com  

We will then confirm your return request, and provide you the returns address. 

Return charges are the customer's responsibility, and we strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, with a proof of postage, as we are unable to refund or exchange items not received.
Personalised, sale or discounted items are final and are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty.

We ask that you take reasonable care when handling the Products and return them unopened and unused. 

In the unlikely event a product is faulty we will refund the full purchase price.

We recommend that you return your Products through a recorded delivery service. Please package the Products properly and securely together to ensure that the Products are not damaged in transit.

Please obtain a certificate of posting and tracking information from your chosen delivery service as proof of postage.

If returned Products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you for (or refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.

Your refund will then be processed once we have received the items and they are all in a good condition.

CANCELLATIONS 


If you want to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at info@bellhutley.com

If the order is cancelled before it ships and we have already charged your card, then we will of course issue a full refund upon your instruction. We don't ship or deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays.

If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped out, we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur an additional return to sender fee if it is issued by the courier or postal service used for your delivery. This return to sender fee is usually the same cost as your original postage charge but it can vary.

In the case of a late cancellation we will refund you for the cancelled order minus the original shipping cost and return to sender fee once the cancelled order has arrived back at our warehouse and has been processed and checked accordingly. At this point we will notify you by email of the exact charges to be deducted from your refund to the email address that you supplied us with on your original order.

Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

Please note that Bell Hutley do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
