    1.2 These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our website.  Please read them carefully as they contain important information. 

    1. Online Orders 

    2.1 Your order becomes binding as soon as we have received it through Shopify..

    2.2 You are responsible for checking and confirming you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct including all shipping information so that we can send it to the correct place on time.

    1. The Contract Between Us

    3.1 Please follow the simple on-screen instructions taking you through the process of placing an order on the website. By pressing "Place Order Now" on the "Checkout” page, you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated and pay any applicable delivery charges.

    3.2 The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch of the Products, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order by us may occur if: the ordered Product is out of stock or unavailable; we identify a pricing or product description error; we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; or if we consider the order to be fraudulent.

    3.3 We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of: our withdrawing any Product from this Website regardless of whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

    3.4 If any products get damaged or lost in transit, get in touch with us and we will either replace or refund the damaged product. Once the product is in your possession then it is your responsibility.

    1. S h i p p i n g  P o l i c i e s

    4.1 Shipping to the United Kingdom

    UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £3.50 

    Your order will be sent via courier through  DHL, Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the size and weight and your tracking number sent to you through Shopify.

    Non bespoke items will be sent the next day. Bespoke items will have a lead time of 2-3 weeks.

    4.2 Shipping Outside of the United Kingdom 

    At the moment we are currently not shipping to EU countries but sign up to our mailing list by following this link: https://bellhutley.com and we can update you for when we do. 

    All international orders will be sent using DHL Express.

    You will be sent a tracking number once the goods have been dispatched.

     ** Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.**

    5.1 All prices include VAT and and exclude delivery charges, at the end of your order process you will be offered a delivery option the cost will then be added.

    1. Refunds and Cancellations

    7.1 When returning please notify us as soon as possible at info@bellhutley.com, products must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for the returns to be shipped back and until they are received back in perfect condition it is the customers responsibility.

    7.2 We ask that you take reasonable care when handling the Products and return them unopened, unused and in their original packaging where possible. 

    7.3 You may return any Products to us by post at your own cost and risk. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned Products in transit and as such, we recommend that you return any Products through a recorded delivery service. Please package the Products properly and securely together to ensure that the Products are not damaged in transit.

    7.4 If returned Products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you for (or refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.

    1. Gift Vouchers

    10.1 Bell Hutley gift vouchers are available with values ranging from £75 to £200. Multiple gift vouchers can be bought to create a unique value if required. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    10.2 Our gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. They are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on Bell Hutley products through our website https://bellhutley.com/collections/all  or any fairs / pop ups that we are at.

    1. Privacy & Safety

    11.1 Your privacy is of the highest importance to us. Your information will be held securely and not shared with any third parties.

    11.2 When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.  

    We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

    1. To provide and operate the Services;
    2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
    3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
    4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

    11.3 Our company is hosted on the shopify.com platform. Shopify provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

    1. Product Descriptions and Website Content 

    12.1 We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was uploaded onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up-to-date as possible, the information shown including product descriptions, may not always reflect the positioning exactly at the moment you place an order. Please note that in the event an error is identified, non-acceptance of an order by us may occur, subject to your statutory rights.

    12.2 Cookies: We use cookies on our website. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers automatically to the user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. This allows us to monitor which areas of the Website are most popular and helps us to maintain and improve our services.

    1. Liability

    13.1 Unless agreed otherwise, if you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them and decide to cancel the order rather than re-arrange delivery, we will provide you with a full refund.

    13.2 We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.

    14.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.Your continued use of the brand shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

    1. Law, jurisdiction and language

    15.1 This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

    16.1 In general you can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself.  If, however, you use our site you will need to register and you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details.  We will store this data and hold it on computer or otherwise.

    • For assessment and analysis, e.g. marketing, customer and product analysis, to enable us to review, develop and improve our services.
